New Version in the Planning Stages

Version 5 of this site is currently in its planning stages, I hope to launch it by the end of this Summer. Apart from rewriting the backend, I am also planning to redo the site interface. I will probably stick with the same navigation structure that is here presently, as I think it works quite well, but I will redo the style of the site significantly. All suggestions are welcome!
