Note on e-mails

I would like to apologise to those of you who have sent me e-mails of a technical nature over the last few months for my lack of replies. My ambition is to allow users to place there technical queries on the end of relevant articles on this web site, or to start a new thread on the forum. This means that other users can offer help to your queries, while everyone can share in any advice or solutions offered.

Experience has shown me that e-mails of a technical nature tend to throw up the same questions periodically, so I would rather offer advice to these on the site rather than on a person-by-person basis. Hopefully when the next version goes live (see other news post today), you will have a place to put your queries or vice your opinion ;-)
