Rebuilt Test LAMP Server

I got my Red Hat 9 test server up and running, so hopefully I can get back to working on version 5 of this web site again. I am now running Linux on a 2700+ XP AMD with 512 of RAM, with the new 64 bit 3500+ AMD acting as the main Windows client.
